Mark beat his fastest time by 5 minutes. I'm so proud of him. I really hate that I wasn't there to cheer him on.
Now he's training to run his first full marathon in Dallas on December 5. His running every night sure does put a damper on my evenings, but I get some pretty good weekend trips out of the deal! I see a little "Sheila Shopping" in my future.
